I just talked w/ my 10 year old for about an hour about constellations (after a walk in the dark neighborhood), measuring the speed of light, derivation of the electromagnetic constants (and how sqrt(u/e) gives you c) and quite a long time on Bose Einstein Condensates.
That was fun :)
